Using Shaklee Healthy Cleanse

To avoid feeling hungry or low in energy while using Healthy Cleanse, you may need to increase your water intake and be sure you are eating at least every two hours.  You may also need more volume of vegetables and fruits.  Protein options are suggested for those with tendencies to hypoglycemia or who can't manage hunger.

It is suggested to include only light exercise during the 7-day Healthy Cleanse period.

If you are under the care of a physician/or taking prescriptions, consult your physician before beginning the Healthy Cleanse.  The same goes if you have a lot of digestive issues or have been diagnosed with digestive system disorders.

You should NOT do Healthy Cleanse while pregnant or while breastfeeding.

Shaklee Heatlhy Cleanse Program:

  • 2 Herb-Lax with 1 glass of water BEDTIME
It is recommended that you eat at least every 2 hours, drink at least 6-10 glasses of water each day, get 30 minutes of light weight bearing exercise each day and strive for 7-8 hours of sleep each nice.
