Focus on a variety of fruits and vegetables. Veggies are generally higher on fiber and nutritional value. Focus on taking 2-3 servings of veggies and 1-3 servings of fruit. Fresh fruits and veggies are ideal, but if you don't have fresh fruits and veggies to choose from, frozen and low-sodium fruits and veggies are acceptable. Eat your vegetables raw, steamed or sauteed in a little olive-oil. Steaming or sauteing can help release many phytonutrients, especially fat-soluble ones such as leucine or lycopene. Please do not boil vegetables.
